Help after abortion

If you're struggling after an abortion experience, or know someone in this situation, ARCH (Abortion Recovery Care and Helpline) can offer confidential one-to-one counselling, and where possible group counselling. The ARCH helpline is available during office hours (Monday - Friday) as well as between 7pm and 10pm, seven evenings per week on 0845 603 8501.
